Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Falcon House is one of the oldest houses in the Wynberg Chelsea village, with character, beautiful details, and a story to tell! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and is on the top floor of the original home (with 2 separate apartments underneath on the ground floor). It has a its own separate external access via an outside staircase leading up to a deck where you can enjoy the outside under and umbrella.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
