We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. A dream takes shape: Podere Cereo, to share our corner of paradise with you.

We offer a newly renovated mini-apartment on the first floor of an early 20th-century building at 200 meters from the city center walls, 25 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. Outside the limited traffic area and well connected by direct buses to the airport, train station and the Bologna Fiere district. Perfect base for enjoying the wonders of the city, its restaurants and for day trips to the towns of the region. The area is calm and safe and we are always available to give advice

The house is a farmhouse surrounded by greenery and the silence of the hill, just 8 kms from Piazza Vittorio, the beating heart of Turin's nightlife. You ll have a completely indipendent space, which combines the charm of a country location with the convenience of being a few kms from the historic center of Turin and less than an hour from the most intriguing destinations in the region, from Langhe to Roero to Monferrato. Garden, parking space and large equipped outdoor area for exclusive use.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

The villa renovated at the end of 2024 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. You will be given a hand written receipt provided to us by the city. Let us know if you have any questions.

This place is easily accessible from the tangenziale di Milano, well served by public transport (train and bus). It has great restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pharmacy and shops close by. Host at most 2 guests at a time. Parking available in front of the house. No vans allowed.

Fully renovated, charming flat in a historic building dating 16th century. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located in an internal court, so it's very quiet. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.
