Surrounded by trees, our quiet neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat. Whether you're in town for work, attending ISU (just 5 minutes away), traveling, or reconnecting with loved ones, our basement apartment provides a comfortable home away from home. Everything you need for a short or extended stay is here. Just bring your clothes and groceries!

Charming University Haven - King bed

Enjoy this apartment with a private entrance nestled in a quiet neighborhood right next to Idaho State University and Portneuf Medical Center. When you stay here, you can walk to events on campus like football, basketball, and volleyball games. This one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment features a 75in TV, high speed internet, a king sized bed, and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also features off street parking. For an additional cost, an extra twin beds can be set up in the living room.

Buckaroo Bunkhouse

Kick off your boots and relax a spell in this quiet, private apartment. Fully stocked kitchen so you can fix your own grub if you like, or mosey downtown for a bite or cup of coffee. Plenty to do around town or hiking in the nearby hills, then take in a soak at world famous Lava Hot Springs. The TV has a Roku, so you gotta bring your own codes and passwords to stream movies. Wireless Internet is up and running. Everything is on one level, but there are a couple of steps up to the front door.

The Crosby — Historic University Neighborhood

In the heart of the Historic University N'hood in Pocatello, this "loft" is perfect for the traveling professor, business professional, travelers on their way through to Yellowstone or The Tetons, or those just looking for a cozy and clean space to stay in our beautiful small city. Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

DeeDee's Fairway Apartment

Beautiful 1600 sq. foot daylight basement apartment located on the Highland Golf Course. The space is newly remodeled and spotless. Conveniently located off I 15 making it the perfect destination stop on the way to Yellowstone or Jackson Hole. The Portneuf Wellness Complex, Fairgrounds, and the Mountain View Event Center are within one mile from location. The LDS Temple is a mile away. Idaho State University, City Creek Trail System, and Old Town are a short 10 minute drive.

Located in the penthouse of the historic North Building—renovated from a 1916 apartment—this space boasts breathtaking 360-degree views over the valley and Historic Downtown Pocatello. With a new park currently being built around our building, you'll have direct access to all downtown events and activities.

This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. Welcome to this peaceful and centrally-located three bedroom and two bath, boho themed space located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, just 2.4 miles from the hospital and 1.6 miles from Idaho State University. OK Ward park is located just within five minutes walking where the whole family can have a good time on the Brooklyn’s fully-inclusive playground or enjoy the athletic fields.

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
