In the heart of the Historic University N'hood in Pocatello, this "loft" is perfect for the traveling professor, business professional, travelers on their way through to Yellowstone or The Tetons, or those just looking for a cozy and clean space to stay in our beautiful small city. Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars and parks that are connected by the paved greenway river path. ISU and interstate 7 minutes away. Plenty of parking. Grocery store a mile away. Large Smart TV and blue ray DVD player. A great space to grill dinner and relax with friends and family. Local art created by owner who is well known throughout the west.

Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided.
