My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten von den Strandbädern Neusiedl & Weiden (5 Min Auto, 30 Min zu Fuß) - ist diese verträumte Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele des nördlichen Burgenlands. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sous-terrain des Hauses (angenehm kühl im Sommer). Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
