We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Enjoy a kitchenette, modern ensuite with shower, and incredible views across the swimming pool, rolling grass and hills beyond. A peaceful, self-contained space perfect for couples or small families wanting comfort and quiet. Please note: the pool & spa are not available for use and the courtyard is shared with us (family with kids)

Situated along the waterfront reserve, we offer easy access to the harbour, and the village. Omaha Beach and Matakana are just a short drive away. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, bedroom 2, two single beds, the kitchenette has a microwave, Nespresso machine, and a small fridge. Perfect for couples or a small family.
