It is conveniently located 150 meters far from a nearbly beach called Marex while the old town of Zadar is reachable in a 10 minutes walk. The brand new 5 star hotel Hyatt is opposite the beach. Our Apartment offers a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen & a cute pantry next to it, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.

Bungalow by the beach, sea-view

Bungalow is situated in its own private garden viewing the sea. It has one sleeping/living room with double bed for 2 and a sofa bed for the third person. Second room serves as kitchen and a dining room. Bungalow has free wi-fi and air-conditioning.
