Perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation or football weekends. Enjoy activities such as hunting, fishing and cross country skiing. Snowmobilers can leave directly from the cabin. We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Nestled at the woods edge and named after our resident owl, Hooting Haus is a European styled cabin retreat close to all Penn State offers. The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Willow Oak Cottage (Minutes to PSU!)

This fully renovated cottage offers the comfort of a brand-new home, providing a peaceful and unique retreat. Nestled on two acres of serene land, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. This 2 bedroom apartment built in 2017 is a fast 20 min. drive to Penn State, in the quite woods with a great view. Enjoy all the conveniences of home including a private entrance, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, AC, washer/dryer & outdoor patio with a fire pit. The 2 bedrooms offer privacy and the comfort of king beds in addition to a sofa bed and futon in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy State College, then relax in this nearby getaway on the mountainside.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.
