The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Enjoy the fire pit next to our babbling brook, or take a short drive to White Point Beach Resort for surfing or golf, beautiful Carters beach, or the Keji Seaside Adjunct for a scenic hike and seal watching.

The Salty Sheep is a charming 1880 cape with a private shorefront and broad ocean views. Located on Carters Beach Road, a short walk from the South Shore’s most beautiful beach, it has been in the same family for five generations. Now lovingly restored and tastefully furnished, the house sits well back from the road. It offers sweeping views of Port Mouton Bay in a bucolic setting amid pastures where a flock of friendly sheep still graze. A private path leads down to the rocky shoreline.

With 360 views at 30ft up you can chart the sun and stars across the sky, set your rhythm to the ebb & flow of the tide and scout the surf from above. Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. Permit yourself to depart land for a while and come stand watch at The Tower.
