"Barn" turned into a guesthouse on 4 acres of owners residential property where you will enjoy peace and quiet, take a walk on trails through 2 acres of woods, take a short drive to Lake Michigan or the Indiana Dunes National Park or just sit inside at an electric fireplace. We are located 5.9 miles (approximately 12 minutes) from the Dunes National Park. Second STR available on same property that also sleeps 5 people if you have a group!

Welcome if you like country life Bro’s place is the place to be...watching the sheep, chickens and wildlife on you back deck making dinner on the grill with a full kitchen. Pick your own veggies outside the back door when in season. Your family will enjoy this centrally-located home a mile from downtown and the new Journeyman Distillery, close to VU as well as 20 min to the beach. Our home is perfect for a large family or wedding party, it has 5 beds and can comfortably sleep to 10 guests. The home includes stainless steel appliances, a ping pong and Foosball table. With two bathrooms featuring double vanities, as well as a half bath, there's room for everyone to get ready. We hope you enjoy your journey to Valpo!

This charming property is lake front with a small 50ft beach area and dock. Use of 2018 Sylvan pontoon boat, canoe, and kayak are included. You will love the lake life. Please note the pontoon boat is only available in season from May 1st to October 1st.
