Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard. You are welcome to stroll in the garden and pick fresh fruit off the tree. Wouldn't it be nice to pick your own oranges and have fresh squeezed juice in the morning!!
