Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of the lake and the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available. Sit on the dock at and enjoy the sunset.

3 Bedroom/2 bath Ranch home on 550 acre "all sports" Round Lake. Plenty of room on the dock to bring your boat, or rent my pontoon for $800/week or $200/day. Kayaks provided for complimentary use. Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.

The Garden House

Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.

Beautiful panoramic views, an incredible location. Quaint, cozy, nostalgic, and true. 6-8 guests. 8 maximum. Basic pontoon boat already at the dock available to rent & use for additional cost.
