Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Situated on Palm Beach this beautiful home offers direct beach access through a side gate.

By the Beach

Quiet private waterfront suite, south of town. One bedroom with separate kitchen/dining/sitting area and patio. Bathroom has shower and laundry. South-facing over the garden with views along the bay. A gradual grass slope to the beach offers easy access for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding or a leisurely stroll. Also an excellent location for ventures to nearby lakes and trails.

Terrace Seaview Apartment

Located in a quiet area but close to main roads enjoy this 2nd floor suite with sea views. Close enough to the water to go for a stroll, paddle board or kayak and not too far a drive to local restaurants and shopping. Lots of mountain bike and walking trails not too far away and a 23 minute drive south of town to the Saltery Bay Ferry or 5 minute drive to the Comox Ferry.

The We Cabin is a peaceful and cozy hideaway; nestled in nature, yet conveniently located to all the Comox Valley has to offer. Five minutes away from YQQ, Little River Ferry Terminal, beautiful beaches, trails, downtown Comox, brew pubs and wineries - and less than 30 minutes to Mount Washington. There is a large private dock where you can soak under the sun all day, enjoy swimming in the calm waters or have fun with our paddle-boards and kayaks.
