This house has a fully furnished kitchen with a coffee bar and all the basic cookware you need. Every bedroom has a smart TV and an incredibly comfortable memory foam matress for the best night sleep you’ve ever had. This stay is less than 10 minutes from downtown, and if you walk across the street to Harby’s you can grab some of the best pizza in Knoxville!

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

Artsy getaway NEAR DOWNTOWN!

This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.

If you want a comfy place with a great location📍, Piano House is the spot for you! *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.
