With a half acre lot, enjoy the outdoors playing volleyball, corn hole and other activities (kayaks and bikes are available upon request). Gather around the fire-pit at night enjoy the stars. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need.

Since 2022 the house has gotten new fencing, a putting green, a new PAC-MAN machine, a new 2-story Trex deck, and a new boat dock. Privately owned, managed, and cared for.

JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.
