The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! This appartment has everything you need for an island vacation, a grill barbecue on the balcony, it's located only 20 meters from market and caffe bar, and 150 meters from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.

It is conveniently located 150 meters far from a nearbly beach called Marex while the old town of Zadar is reachable in a 10 minutes walk. The brand new 5 star hotel Hyatt is opposite the beach. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
