Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Apartment SPRING like our other apartments are part of Villa Majer, situated just 30-50 meters from the beach, on first floor of the villa. Apartment consist of 3 bedroom with queen size beds, dining room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, free internet, and parking. In the backyard you may find playground for children, training area, sauna, seperate house with full kitchen, barbecue, pool table, darts and football table. Bicycles are just waiting for you, all of it free of charge.

Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.
