The Prescott Place

The Prescott Place is a fully furnished, private one bedroom with a queen bed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.
