The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.
