Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. Our beautiful lodge is situated on a quieter part of Primrose Valley Holiday Park (Havens flagship park). We only book Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights.Passes are available from Haven to use the three fabulous swimming pools, entertainment venues and activities. There are also eateries, restaurant, shop and launderette within a 10 minute walk. Our lodge overlooks Reighton Bay, in a front row sea view position with beach access close by. The caravan is stylish and comfortable with a large balcony.

There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
