We are a family oriented home, as such, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. Parks are right around the corner as cricket field and basketball court at the elementary school. Close to CNC and CN Center as well.

Size isn't everything! In fact it doesn't really matter. This truly tiny house comes in at only 180sq ft. yet offers the comforts of home and maybe a little adventure. Up the Ladder in the loft you'll find a king size bed, in the washroom a shower with a handmade penny floor and composting toilet, outside is a fenced yard shared with our young family and friendly dog.
