Hermoso, amplio y comodo condD14 (planta baja) en Neek kaan ubicado a 30mtr del mar en progreso será tu mejor elección para descansar y resetear tu mente, este hermoso departamento se encuentra rodeado de vegetación y el canto relajante y ligero de algunos pajaritos, la piscina se encuentra a unos cuantos metros del mismo lo cual le da una privacidad excepcional y a la vez la cercanía de la misma, en esta área hay una linda palapa con camastros y mesa con sillas para disfrutar del sol.

Fantastic house with a pool that is 3 blocks from the Playón beach and Malecón promenade. It is a traditional Progreso beach house with original floors and high ceilings, making it cool and calm. There is air conditioning, WiFi, hot water, an equipped kitchen, office/work area and TV. There is a big pool, bar, and grass area that is shared with guests staying upstairs. The house is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Progreso and 3 minutes by car. We are pet and family friendly!
