The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

L'appartamento è un grande loft con un alto soffitto di travi di legno. Anticamente era un granaio. In posizione tranquilla, nel centro storico di Montepulciano. L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie. Il loft è dotato di wi-fi, lavatrice, smart TV. Un posto auto in un parcheggio privato, a 120 metri dal loft, è incluso.

Casa Chiassarello si trova in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, a pochi passi dal centro di Roccastrada. La casa, interamente in pietra, é ricavata da un vecchio frantoio. L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. A disposizione degli ospiti giardino e piscina, entrambi ad uso esclusivo.

L'accesso al centro storico è chiuso alla normale viabilità ma a 200 m si trova un parcheggio a pagamento ed a circa 400 m si trovano due parcheggi gratuiti.
