Parcheggio privato, piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni, barbecue, portico in legno con cucina esterna, aree relax con divanetti e amache, una papera (Zo) e un'asina (Caterina).

Nostra casa a Gaeta disposta su due piani, composta da camera da letto al primo piano e soggiorno con divano letto al secondo piano. Al primo piano si trova un bagno con vasca, mentre al secondo piano ci sono un bagno di servizio e una piccola cucina. La casa dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo con vista mozzafiato sul mare e su Gaeta Vecchia. La casa è dotata di TV, lavatrice e aria condizionata. Per raggiungerla, è necessario salire delle scale.

LA FATTORIA "Oleandro" - 35 minutes to Rome

My accommodation is close to Rome 25 minutes to the fitting, Anzio 15 minutes, Tor San Lorenzo 10 minutes, Landriana Gardens 5 minutes .. DO NOT need the car to go to Rome! A few meters from the club every hour stops the local train that takes you to Rome Termini in 35 minutes! You will like my accommodation for these reasons: comfort, nature and sports ( tennis, swimming pool).

My accommodation is within the Oasi Golf Club, 15 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Rome, which can be reached by train in 35 minutes (station within walking distance from the accommodation).
