I bought the place as an investment property. After extensive renovations I fell in love with it and named it "ALBA" which means Italian sunrise. I was inspired by Stevie Nicks' song "Italian Summer". It is located at Beach Point, an east side neighborhood of homes and cottages. There are views of the ocean and Ptown, with ready access to the semi private beach. The sunrises are phenomenal, sunsets awesome and refreshing sea breezes. I invite you to share my utopia. This is a shared space.
