Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Then return to wellness and calm: soak in the hot tub, book the sauna (extra), or gather at the beach fire pit. A tranquil retreat to recharge and reconnect.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. A public beach access beside the property leads to a rocky beach overlooking the Georgia Strait and stunning west-facing sunsets. Please review our Pet Policy and House Rules before booking.

Stunning ocean views from every room, this quiet cottage retreat is just minutes from Madeira Park. Enjoy the spacious front decks, and secluded back deck nestled in a forest. Your own private spa! The back deck features an electric hot tub and a projector to screen outdoor movies. The large front deck has a cowboy wood cold tub and electric dry/wet sauna with water views. A limited noise after ten policy applies and our caretaker resides in a separate unit below.

This well laid out and spacious waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, both up high, and down by the water until sunset. Observe wildlife: eagles, sea otters, herons and sometimes whales and dolphins!

Just one block from the seawall and a short walk to downtown restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the waterfront, this home combines historic charm with modern comforts.

Helliwell Bluffs

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.
