Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Hi there!! My cosy studio apartment is located on the West side of Cagliari on the way to the airport, only 15 min walk to the city centre and Piazza Jenne. In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! The main features of the apartment are the tranquility and the magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the park. The house is located in a residence in front of the park "i giardini di via fiume", in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
