The property has a shared terrace with a hot tub that can be made available upon request/approval (24-hour notice recommended) please note the Hot tub may be closed during extreme weather cond. (Restrictions apply) The Building: Originally built in 1929, the building was recently transformed into newly built, high-end condominiums designed specifically to provide guests with everything they need for a perfect stay. Our magnificent lobby entrance pays homage to the building’s rich history, contrasting with the modern design within the units themselves. Kitchen and Living Area: Enjoy the open concept kitchen and dinette with stainless steel appliances, an extendable dining room table with seating for 6 guests, dishwasher, washer / dryer and a very comfortable pull-out couch, which is suitable to sleep up to 2 guests. 2 Closed Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king sized bed which can be converted into two twin sized beds before your arrival (upon request). The second smaller bedroom has a twin bunk beds. All mattresses are brand new and extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains and blinds in each room ensure that you can get a good night’s rest. Bathroom: Clean, bright, modern design with shower, bath combo. Comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and face soap. The Apartment is Fully Equipped and includes: Keurig Coffee Machine, Knife Set, Cooking Oil, Salt & Pepper Dishwasher, Oven, Stove, Washer, Dryer 50" 4K Smart TV, Netflix Free High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi) Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board Air Conditioning, Heating Check in is easy and flexible. I will provide you with the combination code to your unit 24 hours before arrival. You can feel free to check in anytime after 4PM. Please contact me through Airbnb. Located within the building is a District Bagel, a Kosher coffee shop serving delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. District Bagel is open Sunday through Friday as of 7AM and is a great place to grab a coffee and bagels, among many other menu items. The apartment is in Mile End, a hip, laid-back neighbourhood with an artsy vibe and multicultural roots. Old-school bagel shops and Greek eateries mix with stylish restaurants and buzzing brunch spots. Walk to indie shops and vintage clothing stores. Buses and taxis are available in front of the building. The city offers bicycles for rent located on our corner (Bixi bikes) which are perfect for exploring the entire city. You can pay for a single Bixi ride or a 24 hour pass.

This residential neighbourhood is steps from Monkland Village, a vibrant area with restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, gourmet grocery, and trendy shops within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute Metro ride to downtown or Old Montreal. We are 3 minutes' walk from the Villa Maria subway stop, which connects with downtown within 5 stops. Excellent 89/100 Walk Score with a "very walkable" mention. By car, we are just next to Decarie Blvd (autoroute 15) and a 15 min drive from the airport. The downtown Central business district is just 10 minutes away. Surrounded by mature trees, the view from the apartment is of the Bell Tower of the Church on Notre-Dame-de-Grace street, and below, the tennis courts. You'll love the location.

A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, bars, and restaurants are all within just 100 meters, and Mount Royal Park is 500 metres away. Mile End has a variety of hip restaurants, clubs, bars, and buses. Taxi stops are on the corner. Plan on staying in the city? you can easily get around, with public transport and taxis, I wouldn’t recommend to rent a car * You are responsible of any disturbance coming from the unit during your stay. * A 500$ fine per night for any party or disturbance reported by neighbours. * Please act as you are at your own place and do govern yourself accordingly. If you use the kitchen please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses when you leave. A dishwasher is provided. * Please put out garbage on a daily basis, * There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside on the balcony's, If the smoke detector turns positive after your departure a smoking penalty will be charged of 150$ on your security deposit. * Late check out penalty Fee is 50$ (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00pm checkout since cleaning crew must prep.
