Haven by the Beach Waterfront Fully Self Contained

This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The Shack @ Slopen

This is a traditional Shack with modern comforts. It’s the sort of place you might remember from childhood holidays. Located right on a beautiful bay it is the perfect getaway for families or couples. Walk out the front gate and you are on the beach. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean. I want guests to feel nostalgic, to say this is what we did when we were kids. To share those memories with their own kids and to make new memories together. Many of my guests return again and again!

This new home is nestled in the bush and has direct access to a secluded beach along a bush track (with steps), good mobility is essential. You'll enjoy the sound water lapping the shore and stunning water views right from your deck. This escape is fully furnished for your comfort, and amenities include a washer, dryer, TV and outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and sea breeze.

Sandtemple Beach Shack. A Tasmanian Secret.

Sandtemple is a beachfront shack, resting lightly on top of a tiny sand dune between Cremorne Beach and Pipe Clay Lagoon with direct access and views of both. A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. It’s a space like no other with views out every window. Watch dolphins, ospreys, whales, seals, seabirds in the bay or immerse yourself in nature by soaking in the outdoor tub, swimming or walking the beach or the coastal trails. And it’s an easy 30 minutes to Hobart CBD.

Possum's Nest - cosy, romantic and private

Possum's Nest is cosy beach side cottage 40 minutes south of Hobart and the airport. It's a compact eco-friendly home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stroll to the jetty to fish, paddle-board or kayak or take a short drive to some our best surfing beaches. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Within a stone's throw to a gorgeous quiet sandy beach Possum's Nest is the perfect getaway.

Waterfront 'Tupelo' with Sauna on Primrose Point

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery. The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Add an absolute abundance of wildlife, fishing and swimming and you have the perfect getaway!

Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

Babysitting available by an experienced member of the host’s family.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Warm and cosy studio at this unique and tranquil getaway with a lovely view of the sea and plenty of parking. Only meters from the water's edge... some of my guests sit on the waterfront and have breakfast and / or coffee ☕️ read a book...This Studio is totally got everything you will need.
