Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Little Trees is situated next to our house in a quiet area 1 mile from Salisbury train station and 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Little Trees is in a perfect location for visiting the stunning Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum and of course, Stonehenge. Bath, Glastonbury, Bournemouth, Winchester and Southampton are nearby. Clean quiet small annexe en suite and free parking

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
