Oko bazena se nalazi prostor za sunčanje s ležaljkama, vrt, voćnjak, dječje igralište s ljuljačkama, toboganom, dječjom kućicom, stolni tenis, potpuno opremljena ljetna kuća s kaminom. Vila ima ukupno četiri spavaće sobe i tri kupaonice.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
