U dvorištu se nalazi bazen s plitkim dijelom za djecu, idealan za bezbrižno uživanje svih generacija. Oko bazena se nalazi prostor za sunčanje s ležaljkama, vrt, voćnjak, dječje igralište s ljuljačkama, toboganom, dječjom kućicom, stolni tenis, potpuno opremljena ljetna kuća s kaminom. Vila ima ukupno četiri spavaće sobe i tri kupaonice.

The penthouse has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the mountain, the river and the UNESCO world heritage 'Stari most' - the old bridge. Within a few minutes walk, you will reach the core of the old town of Mostar. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
