The double bedroom and the single sofa-bed in the living area can accommodate up to 3 people. With Julius Studio is part of Trotula Charming House and can accomodate up to 6 people.

The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.
