While secluded and peaceful, it’s within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river. The property is ideal for couples or up to 3 guests. In the summer our wonderful HEATED (new for 2025) swimming pool is available to our guests. If you would like exclusive use of the pool please ask at no extra cost.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. A truly idyllic escape for a romantic break.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

The Barn – Surrey Countryside Escape

The Barn at Whitmoor Farm is set in the peaceful Surrey countryside and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families. It offers two bedrooms — the first with a king bed and bunk beds, and the second with a king bed — plus two single beds in the living area. Enjoy Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a private indoor grill area. Guests also have shared access to a tennis court, trampoline, and outdoor swimming pool (heated May–September; open unheated until mid-October).

The Coach House

The Coach House is a totally unique property, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chobham Common. Spread over two floors, this charming accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, & a utility room. There is also an outdoor seating area equipped with barbeque, perfect for unwinding. The quirky design & characterful features of this historic building add to its charm & make it a truly delightful place to stay.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Delightful Cottage 15 Acre Estate + Pool + Hottub

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage You will find the 2 floor cottage to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. Our family home is very close by if you need us

The Pool House at Upper Farm (near Thame/Oxford)

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
