Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

I have just the place for you to relax and take the time to enjoy the peace and quiet (interrupted only by an active Tui!) and take in the magnificent views of the Waitemata Harbour. PLEASE NOTE - the rooms are the first level of my house - NOT separate.
