E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Railway cottage has recently been newly refurbished and boasts a stunning coastal vibe interior which is bright and airy and fits in with its coastal surrounds. The property is situated on the beach front in Youghal. The greenway is next door & will be in operation from May 2024. The 5km boardwalk is directly parallel to the house and the location is ideal if you want to relax and be close to all amenities. There are restaurants, bars, cafes & shops within walking distance and many activities.

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
