Wunderschönes Lofthaus mit großem Pool und Garten

Vårt hus imponerar med 180 m² bostadsyta fördelat på två våningar. Hela huset har en luftvärmepump och luftkonditionering på övervåningen. Vårt lofthus erbjuder en underbar utsikt över terrassen, trädgården och poolen från det stora köket och vardagsrummet. På sommaren inbjuder loungehörnan, terrassen och naturligtvis den stora poolen med motströmssystem dig att dröja kvar. Vårt hus är perfekt luftkonditionerat och rymligt. Under den kalla årstiden kan du värma dig i bastun medan dina barn kan leka och titta på DVD-skivor i lekhörnan mittemot bastun. Vår pool kan också värmas upp på vintern, så att du kan svalka dig efter ett bastubad under pooltaket i upp till 23°. Från december är vårt hus dekorerat för jul och vi ser fram emot att visa dig de vackraste adventsmarknaderna i Wien och bortom.

The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.

The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 10 people with sleeping Couch and mattresses. A generous living room and a conservatory — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.
