This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Centrally located 20 min from Albany, 40 min from Saratoga, 30 min from the Berkshires, & a 1 mile paddle to Kay’s Pizza! See eagles, ospreys, and, yes, hummingbirds! Just 25 minutes from the Albany Amtrak station and 50 minutes from Saratoga, explore nearby Berkshires leaf-peeping, Jiminy Peak skiing, drive-in movies, and charming towns like Chatham and Hudson. Our family has long loved this lake, and we’re excited to share it with you—whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY (age 30+ excl kids)

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

Charming Hudson riverfront 1BR

This one Bedroom apartment is in a riverfront colonial mansion built by oilcloth baron and philanthropist Deborah Ball Powers in the early 19th century. The apartment is modest: full kitchen, dining room downstairs and BR / bath up. But the grounds are grand: 2 acres of Hudson river waterfront - comes with shared use of canoes, croquet or badminton and other games for the lawn, and bikes you can ride to historic local destinations.
