Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Lakefront Cottage, set between Albany, the Berkshires, & Columbia County! Explore quaint towns, nearby music venues & local eateries. Kayak from the yard; bike or hike the Empire Albany Rail Trail; create memories around our cozy firepit. BBQ your dinner, snuggle with comfy blankets, fuzzy slippers & witness magnificent sunsets from the comfort of our sunroom. You might catch a glimpse of our resident Swan or the Bald Eagles, making your stay truly unforgettable! Don't forget your water shoes!

Grey House

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Andi's Peaceful Escape

Take it easy at this unique, private, tranquil getaway in a beautiful neighborhood. The space off of one of our bedrooms in our house. This space is away from the hustle and bustle of Albany and Troy. Need a quiet place to study or work? This is the place for you. We are centrally located near Interstates 90 and 87, 12 minutes from Downtown Albany and MVP arena, 12 minutes from local hospitals, colleges, dining and shopping. Ideal for couples, medical workers, and solo travelers.

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Located in Historic Lebanon Springs, our newly restored antique home is near both Hudson Valley restaurants and shops and the Berkshire's vast outdoor activities. We took great care to save this home's historic details while creating a fully modernized, comfortable retreat. Every room is thoughtfully curated with local antiques, artwork, and many unique touches you'll enjoy.

Tranquil Retreat for Horse Lovers

Set on 38 acres, the home is influenced by Irish equestrians. Its owner Kelli spent time learning from some of the best horseman in Ireland who resided in their own “Hunt Box”or small living quarters connected directly to the barn. The large floor to ceiling windows allow you to experience watching the horses in their natural state. The space provides guests with the small, simple and beautiful moments of being an equestrian. This is an unforgettable experience like no other.

Luxury downtown penthouse, near Franklin Plaza.

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance from Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. Just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, including original brick in the kitchen and large windows throughout, giving this space beautiful natural light and views. We have security cameras in the first , second floor hallway, outside the front door and back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.

The Lodge at June Farms

See more of us on Prime Video's tv show, June Farms... streaming now! This cabin is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our horse pasture. This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. You might also like our stunning new cabin called The Farmhouse.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
