Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

On the lake, around the fire pit or watching the sun rise on the expansive deck, be surrounded by nature during your stay. Come reset, relax, reconnect and make new memories!

This is a unique, newly built Treehouse (‘23) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg! Enjoy the peace & quiet of your private deck overlooking a small Holly grove, lush forest & seasonal creek! Fire pit w/ sitting area, outdoor kitchen & BBQ. Comfy space upstairs w/queen memory foam bed, futon loveseat, full bath, fireplace & mini kitchen. Free kayaks to use at own risk. (C-host)

Nestled in the trees on a quiet, serene, and private cove. Swim directly off the dock or hop on the many floats provided. Enjoy stunning sunsets across the lake from the screened-in porch, the second level of the dock, or a hammock. Cast your line right off the dock for year-round fishing. Large game room with foosball, darts, and 20+ board games. With three levels, each with its own bathroom, this house is perfect for families, 3-4 couples, or a group of friends.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.
