Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Together with the Ilios Apartment next door we can accommodate up to 7 persons

The villa consists of two floors 50sqm each with a private courtyard of 150sqm with garden and pool. Ground floor: One bedroom with two single beds A living room with a fire place An open fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer Upper level: One bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony One bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with shower Courtyard with garden, pool, dining table, BBQ and pizza oven Our guests have access to the entire property. I always be available for my guests. The home is set in the historic old town of Rhodes, next to the medieval city wall. Its location feels serene and secluded, but it’s just a stone’s throw away from a variety of traditional restaurants, charming bistros, shops, and landmarks. The villa is located 25 min by car from the airport and a walking distance (15 min) from the harbor and City Center. In a very close proximity to taxi station and bus station. You don’t need to use a car. The villa is located in the medieval (old) town and car access is not allowed. Although it is only 2-3 min walk from the free parking area, it is not necessary to have a car. You can walk or use the local transportation and taxi. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further information. The villa is fully equipped and you have to worry about nothing. There are supermarkets in a very close proximity. The restaurants serve food till really late at night. Enjoy your stay!
