Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Rhiw Goch Cottage is a spacious detached one bedroom stone-built cottage with wood burner dating from the 18th century or earlier. Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to accept children under 10 yr old due to safety reasons.

The Byre - secluded retreat with incredible views

Originally built in the mid 1600’s, The Byre was converted from a cow shed to a dwelling in the mid 1980’s. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment to bring it up to date. We are surrounded by 15,000 acres of forests, perfect for walking and cycling. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome and we ask that dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings or on the beds. Please make sure that you check your dogs in when making your reservation as a fee of £20 is applicable.
