Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Hunters Deeradise

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Nestled on a quiet hilltop you will enjoy 360° privacy in this rustic cabin that's spacious and unique! On the main floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, living room with DVD player and retro game system, dining space, full bathroom & 2 bedrooms each with a queen & twin size bed. Downstairs you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and second bedroom with a twin size bed. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Memory Lane Cabins is our family mission after losing 2 of our boys in accidents to encourage people to slow down and enjoy time and make memories in a peaceful setting overlooking beautiful Jackson Lake State Park. This cabin has 3BR, 1BA, spacious areas and a serene porch with a awesome breeze and view of the lake. There is a fire pit, linens, towels, and full appliances with w/d. Driveway is paved, no steps to enter. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking and local restaurants.

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Pet friendly. Free wi-fi available.

Sweet Peace Forest is a secluded nature retreat located in Southeast Ohio. It is 30 minutes from Athens and 20 minutes from Pomeroy. It exudes warmth and nature from the 30 acre forest where it sits, to the ponds, to the carefully crafted and recently remodeled home. No matter which way you look, there's something pleasing to the eye and soothing to the soul.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

Charming, Quiet Rio Grande Efficiency Apartment

This is a quiet space located in within walking distance of The University of Rio Grande and Bob Evans Farms. It would be great for one person or a couple. It features a queen size bed and a futon. The unit is located above a garage. There is parking for one car on the premises. Please do NOT park under the breezeway.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Main Street in Jackson Ohio between McDonald’s and Autozone. This is an 1890 farmhouse we have restored keeping as much original as possible.
