This two bedroom suite with bathroom located in a quieter part of the Inn. With the bar and dining room just downstairs, The New Inn provides the perfect stop over for business guests, travellers & tourers of Scotland. Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

Kaoglen Warren - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub

Named after one of the four lochs which make up the Caledonian Canal, the Loch Oich room sleeps 3 people (1 double or 2 twin beds and a single small sofa bed) and offers an en-suite shower room. The sofa bed is especially suitable for children or small adults. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich.
