Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

L'appartamento villa Cambogia si trova al piano inferiore dell'abitazione principale, ha di fatto un ingresso dedicato che la rende indipendente dal resto della casa. Può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone, tengo a precisare che il letto principale è un matrimoniale mentre per quanto riguarda il letto aggiuntivo si tratta di un divano letto. È dotata di un mobile con frigorifero, macchina da caffè, bollitore , microonde. completa l'alloggio una piccola zona esterna
