La maison d'Isidore

La maison d'Isidore, située entre Nice (15 km) et Monaco (8 km) est une partie de notre maison avec une entrée séparée totalement indépendante. Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.

Bilocale strutturato all'interno di una casa, nel centro di Tarantasca, con ingresso indipendente e possibilità di parcheggio. Il locale è composto da: cucina ampiamente attrezzata, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli; bagno con ampio box doccia e sanitari. Nell'appartamento la biancheria da bagno e camera da letto è inclusa.

L'appartamento villa Cambogia si trova al piano inferiore dell'abitazione principale, ha di fatto un ingresso dedicato che la rende indipendente dal resto della casa. Può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone, tengo a precisare che il letto principale è un matrimoniale mentre per quanto riguarda il letto aggiuntivo si tratta di un divano letto. È dotata di un mobile con frigorifero, macchina da caffè, bollitore , microonde. completa l'alloggio una piccola zona esterna

Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutters kjøretur fra Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med flere sitteområder.

Notre maison située près de Nice compte deux étages dont un est entièrement réservé aux visites de la famille, des amis et aux locations Airbnb. Notre logement n'est pas neuf mais nous veillons au confort et à la qualité d'accueil. Les dépendances (piscine, terrasse etc.) sont réservées aux seuls occupants de la maison (hôtes et voyageurs airbnb). Le logement possède une seconde entrée et est quasi tout équipé (vaisselle, lave-linge, draps etc).

Studio (T1) indépendant entièrement rénové avec chambre séparée au calme dans un quartier résidentiel à Nice. Vous serez à 15 minutes en voiture du bord de mer et à 10 minutes de l'autoroute. L'arrivée se fera à partir de 16h et le départ 10h. Un véhicule est conseillé, le stationnement est facile et gratuit à quelques mètres de la maison dans la rue.
