Originally built in the late 1800s, it was one of the first residences in Randolph and still proudly showcases its vintage brickwork, detailed wood trim, and timeless character. With modern comforts woven throughout, it offers a one-of-a-kind stay for families, adventurers, and history lovers alike.

Enjoy all that Evanston has to offer when you stay at our place. House also includes a BBQ with a patio and a fully fenced yard. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles, one of which is a covered car port.

In the kitchen we have a coffee bar, microwave, and mini fridge. Outdoors we have a front porch, propane firepit, picnic table and a grill.The cabin is ideal for a couple get away.

Located just behind the owners home. Not far from 1-80, close to the Uinta Mountains, or an hour from Flaming Gorge. Plenty of room for parking, just please no semis. No animals. This is a smoke/vape free property.
