This is conveniently located 4 miles off I-75 and has plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride or for the more adventurous ride Royal Blue or Windrock ATV trails. This house is located a short distance from attractions like the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, or Soaky Mountain Waterpark.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Mountian Side Home

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.
