This is my 2 clean spare rooms in my house. It's a shared house with me and an older cat, hope you're not allergic. I work locally and have a great location just off of the Hwy. I am friendly, outgoing and hospitable and know the area well. I'll let you have your privacy; if you need something please and ask.

Boendet
There is a small fridge in your tv room, cable, wifi, 40" tv, air cleaner in bedroom, I have a fenced in yard that has sun exposure all day. Parking is not an issue I have guest parking and a driveway that holds 2 cars. (Might have to shuffle is all)

Breakfast place, pizza shops, Ajax Hospital, grocery store (with beer and wine) all within1 km walk. There is also a huge park on Lake Ontario 1 km away that has bike paths; I have two bikes that you could borrow if you like:-). I do have the ability to do laundry for an extra charge.
