Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

Oceanfront home 14 MILES SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN ROSARITO w/private pool and spa in a gated community. Security guards 24/7/365. The property has 4 beds/4baths. We feel safe at all times with our wonderful friendly guards and neighbors. Access to the beach is steps from the home for you to enjoy surfing,kayaking,swimming or an enjoyable walk. From the patio you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean when you wake up and hear the calming sounds of the waves as you relax .Amazing sunset!
