(fast Wi Fi, 32 inch TV and echo dot) Families and dog owners will like the large yard (no fence, warning ticks and Lyme disease in the area). My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house)1956. There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

This location is also ideal to access all the local hiking, biking and ATV/Snowmobile trails within the Susquehannock State Forest. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Enjoy watching deer and wildlife right from the house.
